My parents came to Philly this weekend and took my grandfather and I to the Green Papaya. Everytime they come up we go there, sit at the same table, and order the same thing. I get the Green Papaya Shrimp with the GP salad, just like my grandfather.
I used to do this with my father's family at the Happy Family Chinese Restaurant in CT, it's funny how, with the right people around, even a restaurant can feel like home.
